ABOUT · INTELLCLUSTER

Two AI tools.
One standard of rigor.

IntellCluster is built for people who need an AI answer to be right, not just confident. We run multiple models in parallel, surface their disagreements honestly, and produce structured outputs you can defend in a meeting — or an audit.

THE PROBLEM

Single-model AI is confidently wrong more often than anyone admits.

Every frontier model has blind spots shaped by its training data. Ask one model to compare three CRMs, and you get one prior's answer. Ask five models and merge them, and you get coverage of the answer space no single model can produce alone. That's the thesis IntellCluster is built on.

WHAT WE SHIP
Phronesis

Decision intelligence

Three blind AI analysts rank your options on weighted criteria. You see the winner, the per-dimension scores, and — critically — where the analysts disagreed.

Multi-model research

Five frontier models run your research prompt in parallel. A strategist layer merges their outputs into one coherent brief — with contradictions and divergences surfaced, not smoothed away.

THE PRINCIPLES

What we believe about AI and decisions.

  1. 01 Honest uncertainty beats confident fiction. A tool that tells you it's 55% confident is more useful than one that hides its doubts.
  2. 02 Disagreement is signal, not noise. When our analysts split, we show you the split. When five models produce different framings, we preserve them.
  3. 03 Structured output is the product. Chat is for conversation. Decisions and research deserve documents — portable, auditable, shareable.
  4. 04 Your data stays yours. History lives in your browser's localStorage. We don't need an account to let you run a decision. We don't keep one without your consent.
  5. 05 Calibration over theatre. We'd rather ship a tool that's measurably honest about its limits than one that demos beautifully and quietly misleads.
HOW WE WORK

IntellCluster is developed openly and shipped continuously. Every Wednesday a new field note goes live. Every month we rerun our internal benchmarks and publish the deltas. Every quarter we revisit the pricing and move it only if the numbers support it.

We're a small team. If you've run into a bug, have a benchmark question, or want to propose a decision template we should seed, get in touch — a human answers.
