What happens during the 7-day free trial?
You get full access to the plan's features. Cancel anytime before the 7 days end and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription begins on day 8.
How do monthly credits work?
Subscription credits refill on your billing date. Unused credits in a billing period don't roll over. Pay-as-you-go credit packs, however, never expire.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
Buy a one-time credit pack at any time. Packs sit on top of your subscription credits and never expire.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel a subscription within 14 days of the first charge and haven't used more than 50% of your credits, we'll refund it. Credit packs are non-refundable but usable forever.
